Here is a list of rules I have to follow regarding food...Hope it works. Because I am going to D.C. tomorrow. By guys. I love you all.
1. Absolutely NO fast-food.
2. Allowed to eat cheese once a week in a SMALL amount
3. No bread at dinner
4. No pasta
5. No mass calorie foods (above 350 calories in total)
6. No major carbs
7. Only allowed diet, 0 calorie drinks
8. Salads are definitely allowed
9. No salad dressing
10. NO butter
11. Unlimited small fruits (strawberries, blueberries etc...)
12. No rice
13. Nothing bigger than my palm
14. No snacks over 50 calories
15. No snacking unless I am about to faint
16. NO ICE-CREAM AT ALL. NO MATTER WHAT.
